Broken and hardened by their tough life experiences, Ranch kids need healing in Jesus. And sometimes, so do their parents. Some are simply overwhelmed and have run out of options. Both children and parents need hope.

And you can share that hope. Through Honeycomb Partners, you’ll give a boy or girl at the Ranch the chance to find healing, overcome serious psychological challenges, and succeed in school.

‍What's in a name?

Honey has been a big part of the Ranch since our founding. In the early days, we actually had beehives on the Ranch property. The kids helped raise bees and harvest the honey. Now, honey produced by a local farmer is shared with our supporters each year to show our "sweet" gratitude.

Often called “nature’s perfect food,” honey never goes bad. It’s a healthy sweetener, energy booster, and antioxidant used widely to fortify the immune system. Honey also has well-known healing properties, especially for burns and cuts.

The source of this natural goodness is the honeycomb. And that’s why Honeycomb Partners is an ideal name for our most valued supporters. Just like honey from the comb, you’ll heal deep emotional and spiritual wounds, help kids find transformation, and offer them hope in Jesus.

Looking for healing and peace

Lanie (not her real name) is 13 years old. She and her twin brother grew up in a home full of fighting, addiction, and sadness. This has contributed to her deep-seated anger, as well as a host of other emotional and learning troubles.

Lanie has battled psychiatric problems since she was 6 and has been hospitalized multiple times throughout her short life. Her rage and physical aggressiveness have resulted in her being kicked out of just about every residential treatment facility in North Dakota.

So many struggles

Though she has an above-average IQ, Lanie struggles in school, mostly because she’s so highly sensitive to loud noises and distracting activity. She also has difficulty coordinating her physical movement — arms, legs, and upper body.

We’re recognized by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and licensed by the state of North Dakota. Our on-site school, Dakota Memorial School, is accredited by AdvancED.
