Full-time Nursing Services Coordinator/RN

 

The Nursing Services Coordinator ensures that client care is up to applicable standards and works to make sure the clients, staff and visitors are safe in the health care environment.  Job duties would include scheduling daily nursing operations, including holiday rotations and on call; monitors and evaluates nurses performance; assists in developing treatment plans, ensures standards are met and communicates solutions when needs are identified. Oversees medication administration program and infection control quality assurance program, implements solutions based on identified needs; ensures that documentation reflects treatment provided and client responses. Serves as liaison between NSO and other departments. Hire and train new nursing staff as needed. 

 

Applicants must have and associates degree in Nursing (AND) or preferably a bachelors of science degree in nursing (BSN), and licensure as an RN.  Preference given to candidates with management/supervision experience, and/or certification in a relevant nursing specialty.

Residential Treatment Advisor (RTA) Part-time

Position provides direct supervision of adolescent youth in residential treatment settings. Qualified applicants must demonstrate commitment/desire to work with at-risk youth; flexibility, openness to learning, comfort in working in faith-based environment; be age 21 or older. Preference given to those with post-secondary study in social sciences. Maintenance Worker-Minot 

Full-time benefited position, including health, dental, life and disability insurance, matching retirement fund, PTO and paid holidays.  Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch is seeking a motivated and versatile ‘team oriented’ individual with experience in all phases of buildings maintenance and carpentry.  Secondary responsibilities include grounds maintenance, custodial, snow removal, greenhouses and horse program.  

 

Position requires carpentry skills and skill in the use of basic tools and related equipment.  Ability to operate loaders, bobcats, tractors and large trucks.  Must be able to lift 50 pounds minimum.  Housekeeper - Minot 

Full-time benefited position responsible for cleaning and maintaining sanitation standards in living units. Flexible hours (M – F).  

Requires ability to stand, walk, navigate stairs while carrying items, bend, stoop, kneel, lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Must demonstrate effective communication, organization and teamwork skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.  GED/H.S. diploma, age 21 or older. Experience preferred.

2 Positions Available in Fargo:

 

Addiction Counselor (part-time) – Position will provide substance abuse counseling and treatment to adolescences in a group home/psychiatric residential setting.  Requires licensure as an Addiction Counselor by the ND Board of Addiction Counseling Examiners, and 2 years of experience.  Preference for candidates possessing a Master’s degree in counseling or social work.

 

Family Therapist (part-time) – Position will provide family therapy to families whose clients are placed in a group home/psychiatric residential setting.  Requires Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work; and licensure as an LPC or LCSW.  Preference of LICSW or LPCC; training and experience in Family Group Decision Making, and/or Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy. 

 

Will consider combining above positions as full time if candidate possesses dual licensure.
